  • Warm water (for face cleansing)

Steps:

  1. Preparation: Gently steam your face or take a warm shower to open up nasal passages.

  2. Positioning: Lie down on your back with your head tilted slightly back (you can use a rolled towel under your neck).

  3. Application: Using a dropper, place 2–3 drops of warm oil in each nostril. Inhale gently to allow the oil to move deeper.

  4. Massage & Rest: Gently massage your face and sinuses, especially around your forehead, temples, and cheeks. Stay lying down for a minute or two.

  5. Spit or Blow: If mucus is released, gently blow your nose or spit it out—never swallow.
